Kizh tribe biologist Matt Teutimez demonstrates the usage of a grinding tool, known as a molcajete, found at the construction site of Pomona Hospital. Teutimez says the Kizh’s molcajete was different from those of other tribes because it was “ergonomic,” or designed for efficiency and comfort.
